“Home Connecta Prepaid LTE Bundles”

Went to cell c to make a purchase of their so called “home connecta flexi prepaid LTE data”, they told me that it will work on any phone that supports LTE, I use an iPhone that fully supports LTE and the sim card is not working, went to the store and they inserted the phone on their phone and the SIM card was supposedly “working”.

So what am I supposed to do with a SIM card that is not working whereas it’s even worse that I paid for it, clearly it’s a lie when they say that those data bundles support LTE????

I want my money back, this is nonsense and even ****************, it’s like they don’t know their story!!!!
