HOME ASSIST MISLEADING

A few nonths ago I took out the Home Assist, and was told at the time that all minor repairs would be covered at no cost. this does not seem to be the case. Also when the number given to get help, it goes to a message service. Please call me as I wish to cancel the so called service. NOT HAPPY AS THIS IS THE SECOND PROBLEM WITH CELL C ADD ON SERVICES.
