So I wanted to take two phones,the two that were dropped off were not to specification as per telephonic conversation.I returned within the given window. Still my account was debited,I called my bank to put a stop to the debits and reverse. Second debit for over R15k,obviously didnt go through,BAM! R115 unpaid penalty and then again. And all that for someone elses negligence or bs,I dont know,All I can say if this place is in a bad place,I can most certainly see why.

Got a call from your accounts department asking me if I know my account is in arrears by like over R15k. I DO NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING, IT'S YOU THAT OWES ME!
And to top it off, I went to refuel and couldn't pay for the fuel, true story, all because of you,how embarrassed I was. I sure wish there was a Mr. Cell C, MMA style.
