Hollard insurance/Cell C Middelburg
Hi there I have a complaint against CellC Middelburg I just took out a new contract 2 months ago I took out the highest plan of insurance through Hollard insurance for phone cover the phone is valued at R13000.00 it's a Huawei P40 Long story short I my phone was 3 days old and my child by accident dropped the phone in water the phone was not working on the 24th of September I sent the phone in to get fixed after numerous phone calls and with no response as to when my phone will be fixed I finally got a response on the 19th I called only to hear they rejected my claim because my Simcard was not in the phone it's a week later and I still do not have my device back from CellC pathetic service.
