Hollard C Surance ***

Oh wow I am not one to complain; I eat the ****py food and take the ****py service but this C SURANCE!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Took my notebook in almost 5 months ago for a few keys that didn’t work, I waited two months after phoning and phoning only to be told that there is nothing wrong with it and I should arrange for it to be taken back to the shop it was collected from? Fine I arranged for it to be taken back. Another TWO MONTHS went by after phoning and phoning only to be told “oops sorry it’s still here”?!?!?! Waited almost 5 months for my notebook and collected it today only to find out that it’s still broken, and to top this off it looks like it has been dropped!!!! I will not let this go your service is disgusting!!!!
