Hollard C Insurance ***********

I took the policy on the 1st of June for my phone, the policy is R119.00 a month, then on the 27th of July they debited the amount of R476.00 on my account, they then told me they made a mistake they will reverse the money back into my account and if they dont this amount will be for a period of 4 months which is June, July, August and September<br> I then called them on the 31st of July to change my banking details, suddenly on the 27th of September i received a message advising me that my policy has been suspended, I was not notified or given any warning about this and they should have NOT deducted any money on my account since we agreed on that this R476.00 is for 4 months, AND they should have called or warned me that when they tried to debit money on my account it did not go through, and now i have to register a new policy and they will not give back my money..Please help me.
