**** HOLE COMPANY (cell c)

The bad words I have in my vocabulary are not close to being enough to describe the **** HOLE company named cell c.

I paid arrears that I never knew existed, only up until I wanted to end my contract. I made payments and forwarded my proof of payments in request for my paid up letters.

I requested my paid up letters over a month ago and was told to wait 24-48 hours. It’s been days, weeks and now a month since my request. I am still waiting for my letters with my credit score still looking like **** because of this ****ty company named cell c.

The money I had paid that wasn’t even reflecting on my credit score prior to the payment only started reflecting after I had sent my proof of payment with no paid up letter from the company still up until this very moment!
