Holding retiree hostage on a contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract for more than 2 months, but I am not getting anywhere. I am 80 and mostly deaf and the Cell C shop keeps telling me I should phone the call centre.... HOW?!?! I am an old man, struggling with technology and I feel trapped in a contract I am not able to cancel.

This is truly ridiculous. Phone the number I provided and CANCEL this NOW. I will to be held hostage any longer.
