Holding on to my phone
After they made it clear that they will not fix my phone they have not even returned it back to me. What do you guys really want? you take our money every month than and want to repair the phone than don't even return it to the owners. This is the worst telecommunication company in SA. Will never refer anyone to them let alone take up a contract with them again.
