History repeats itself with Cell C

I sent them an email last week and I attached the cancellation form which I completed in their store on 31 July 2015, a reply email said that a consultant will contact me in 24 - 48 hrs which has not happened yet. See the email I sent to Cell C below:<br> Please find the attached cancellation letter which I completed in Cell C Tygervalley, I phoned Cell C on 28 September 2015 (ref. no. ***) to enquire why the contract is not yet cancelled, for the last time I am telling you that I cannot afford to pay for this contract anymore my finances do not allow it. You may CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT otherwise I will have to take further steps by reporting you to the authorities.<br>
