<p>On the 22nd of April I called Cell C cancellations to cancel 2 contracts of mine that was running on a month to month and got through to a consultant with the surname of Moonsammy. He convinced me not to cancel my contracts but offered me 2 different deals ... 1 for R19.99 per month and one data package for R99 per month. bith of which was cheaper than my current monthly contributions and i was looking to save some money. Two weeks later the courier dropped off a sim for the R19 package... which I never activated and is still sealed. I enquired about the router and sim for the R99 package and was told it is enroute. 4 weeks later i enquired to cell c and qas told that there is outstanding fees of over R700 on the contract. I also found out that the R99 contract was an open line of which moonsammy never mentioned in his sales pitch. also he confirmed my payment would only be R99 per month nothing more. now cell c is trying to debit my account for something i dont have. I dont have the old sim on the contract as i was told to destroy it and wait for the new sim and router. I called on numerous times to cell C .. on the 30th May and the 2nd and 6th of June and Cell C consultants are giving me the run around. I also went into the montana branch where the manager also struggled to assist me. I requested to cancel this contract based on the fact that i did not use any data.. did not recieve any unit or sim but cell c now holds me liable to pay between R700 and R1000 on a contract i did not use. please assist me to cancel this contracts because i want to pay up my other contracts with them too.. i am tired of this run around and their scaly ways. </p>
