Highveld mall Cell C poor customer service.
I took my phone in for repairs on the 2nd of September 2022 at Cell C highveld mall and I was told it will take 21 days to come back. I have been following up every month since then and everytime I go there they tell me to check the following week. This is the worst service I have ever received and I would not recommend Cell c to anyone or rather Highveld mall Cell C in witbank

07 Dec 2022, 15:26I have told the highveld cell c to return the phone in Oct already. Every time I go there they tell me to come check if the phone is back the following week.
