Highly Recommended

So far the best mobile provider in the country. I have been with cell c for a while now, and have been happy with them from the moment I have signed - my contract renewal was a seamless process, and I received my devices in the most timeless manner (although both devices were huawei phones). I had an issue previously where my debit order bounced, which resulted in my service not being paid - however after speaking to ONE agent this matter was resolved (bear in mind with other providers you speak to multiple agents before you issue actually gets resolved, with cell c it got resolved with the FIRST agent that answered the call). I see a lot of negative reviews from other people here, which boggles my mid because I had nothing but great service from them.. we as customers need to differentiate between what an agent can resolve at that point in time and what is out of their control - which usually needs to get escalated. I just want to give a big thank you to Cell C and all the staff members that have assisted me over the years.
