Cell C is an extremely *********** service provider! I complained about my phone which they damaged and have gotten no adequate feedback from them. I tried to pick up my phone after waiting months for them to act, only to find that my screen which was cracked is now smashed. I regret taking a contract with these people and have been more than patient with them. I will now seek legal action against them as it is evident that they do not care to assist customers or honour their contracts. Nobody should purchase any Cell C products! They are ******* and so is their customer service.
