Highly dissapointed

Theres nothing more hurtful for any person than to see their parent emotionally and physically deatroyed. Wev been trying to reach one of cell Cs legal personal by the Name of melisa whom is dealing with my mothers ***** case, this women was suppose to contact us weeks ago about the progress of the investigation (Mind you wev been waiting from the beginning of OCTOBER 2017 and now its the middle of November and wev still havent herd anything from cell C instead all we get are calls from the call center telling my mom that if she dosnt pay there gona send her name to credit bureau i mean what is that??? Wev done everything that we were suppose to do eveeything that we were told to do and now my mother has to pay because of cell Cs ***********??? I truly am disgusted with the way wev been treated by cell C, it really hurts seeing somebodys name get dragged in the dirt all because cell C and its staff are unable to do their jobs correctly.
