Highly disappointed customer
Very berg disgusted in the bad service I received from cell c, I am just trying to get my number back but they can't or should I say they refuse to help me! I am utterly disappointed and disgusted in the rude and unhelpful service I received, after being a loyal Cell C customer for YEARS. I will change my network today and won't ever buy a cell C simcard again, I'll advice everyone not to buy or change to cell c, BAD SERVICE!

02 Feb 2021, 14:10Yes, I am trying to do a sim swap, the lady I spoke to was rude and wasn't helpful at all she didn't even try, the other lady hung up on me. I lost my phone recently.
