Highly disappointed

I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from Cell C. This is a new contract and I honestly feel like applying with another SP. I did an application over the phone on March 27th. I was then asked to email documents which I did. A few days later there was still no response so my friend contacted Cell C ( Facebook ). I advised them of the consultants name ( Siphamandla Mboya ), then he contacted me stating that my email was in his junk mail......Understood. We did the application on April 01st. Since then I have been calling and following up but it still says "sitting in bank verification". I emailed the same consultant on numerous occasions but again....no reply. Again, my friend contacted Cell C ( facebook ) then the consultant emails and apologises for the delay. Fill now, I have no feedback. Is this what I am in for if I take a contract with Cell C, delays, pushing the blame, nobody interested in going the extra mile or trying to resolve this?????
