Highly annoyed

I've been a Cell C customer for many years, the past few week I've been having calls from the Cavendish branch as I'm due for an upgrade. Friday I get yet another from Geneve telling me about the great weekend only deals they have. I explained we away for the weekend. She promised to keep the phones I wanted till I come back Sunday as long as I'm at their store by 4pm she will have paperwork half sorted. I rush back from my holiday to get a message from her that there's a credit issue she can't proceed with the order. We were at this time already on our way to Claremont. We then proceeded going and when we got to the store was explained the same nonsense. I said so what is the solution. Apparently according to her manager she can continue with the deal that was two phones for R249 and now is R399 for the same deal as its ending and they can't proceed with it cause they must wait for feedback from head office. What load of bull****. I'm just annoyed that I cut my holiday short, wasted petrol and was told to pay more then what was promised to me.
