Higher speed? give me a break!

I have been with Cell C for at least 5 years now as a prepaid customer. <br> <br> The reason i joined Cell c was because of their so called great value for money..<br> <br> I have been let down again and again by extremely slow network speed, <br> <br> When i put my Vodacom sim card into my modem the speed catapults to almost 4 times the max download speed of anything Cell c can come anywhere close to!<br> <br> On some evenings the network gets so overloaded i can even open a browser page... with a speed of less than 50 kps.. which is on par with decades old tech..<br> <br> The worst part about Cell C over all is their extreme lack of Customer service, getting put through an over complex automated system. <br> <br> When you do eventually get put through to a living human being, you are either put you on hold for such a long time that the call disconnects or just they just blatantly end the call.. <br> <br> VERY RUDE STAFF IN MAIN CALL CENTRE!!!!<br>
