High Ping and Internet connection dropping

The Internet signal is so bad. I've called the call centre and they put me through to technical support, where they gave me instructions on how to reset my tablets Internet settings. Knowing that my tablet wasn't the problem, i followed their instruction anyway. It didn't work. So i called back and said that it didn't work. They then logged a case for me and said that they would get back to me in 48 hours. It has now been 4 days.
