High five to Florence at Festivall Mall for great service
Just have to give Florance at Festival Mall some Credit for her awesome service. This woman is always friend and helpful and she will go the extra mile for her clients.
Cell C please employ more people like Florance ... or maybe use Florance to train your Arrogant Call Centre Staff.
