HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

So after my review a week ago Cell C promised me that they will get a solution for my problem and apologized whole heartedly for everything. Well still haven't received any feedback , I'm now officially the proud owner of 5 case numbers which is still not settled, so people please don't waste your airtime or breath calling I have been calling them 3 for months now and the consultants gets irritated telling me to get my frustrations out on them to feel better (how sarcastic) or we have allot of payments that has not been allocated, you are not the only one! The financial department is still busy allocating your payment for 3 months now. My credit score is very bad have missed payments and then still getting threatening messages from cell c for handing over because of an outstanding payment which was already made. The thing that is funny is their slogan for 2023 "Life happens and how we react to it is what matters" Lol very funny so u guys actually planned to destroy lives because you made it happen. Please everyone stay away from this guys.
