high account

Last month i complained about an upgrade i did and was put on the wrong pakkage, cell c responded swiftly and assisted. i was given the wrong information by the store and cell c had to cancel my upgrade and contract and gave me a new contract. To my shock my debit order went of at an amount overR1000, my budget is R700 for cell c (this is for all 4 my contracts. But deu to the fact that i get no statements after i updated details many times, i have no idea whats going on with my accounts. All my contracts is on control chat/data, even the new one, so it cant be me going ofer limits! I was promised a credit for december incorect contract but nothing! And what about the upgrade fee i paid? Due to cell c's incompatance i dont have enough money for my rent. other debit orders also bounced, there goes my grocery money? What do i tell my 6 year old child if he he is hungry? Thanks cell c FOR TAKING the food out of my childs mouth by bieng***********!!!
