HIDDEN COSTS

Bad experience!!!!!

App**** for a 15gb data bundle @ R 149 per month. Received my account ... R 477!!! They told me the consultant said I must load the 15GB on my cellphone app. I really didn't hear that,,, as I app**** mos for the 15GB. I even asked the consultant if I am only going to pay the R 149 per month and she rep**** YES!! Nothing about the "extra data usage".

I am very disappointed. How can I use so much data?? I was at Vodacom and couldn't even use 10GB per month. Strange...!

Never Cell C again. Keep an eye out for the "extra costs".
