Hi, I thought that cell c was going to assist me after I've spoken with Mose, but today Thomas Moloi called and told me that they won't assist me

Still today after Moses **** pretended to have solved my query tell me that the three penalty fees which charged he was going removed the on my account then I was going to pay the difference today I've spoken with someone who said that his name was Thomas Moloi, he told me that he was not going to assist because he can't help me with my account. He refused to listen to my complaints everything he said all penalties and ascalation were there infront him on the system but he can't assist me. I explained everything but still he said nothing was wrong with my account I asked about the calls I made but still nothing he can do for me. Cell c and his workers are robbing customers daily they just lie giving people empty promises that they fixed the account while they just pretend they do jobs
