Hi ,I had a bad experience with Cell C, I canceled data contract with them in September due to their bad service and *********** staff who doesn’t even return clients queries
Hi ,I had a bad experience with Cell C, I canceled data contract with them in September due to their bad service and *********** staff who doesn’t even return clients queries. I laid a complain with them prior cancellation of my contract and no one called me or give feedback whatsoever. I got shocked as I received a call from their debt collection associates, not sure as to why I was handed over to them as I don’t have anymore contacts with them. I really don’t like my name to be tarnished without no reason. I would like Cell C to remove my name there and also explain to me why do they want my money if I don’t have anymore contract with them. 02 Nov 2021, 19:25Cell pls stop harassing me I don’t owe you, I canceled contact and asked you to go do proper investigation before sending *********** staff to call me. Question is why did you agree to cancel contact and come back to claim that I owe you???
Pls call after doing thorough investigation on what transpired, I asked for recording where I agreed to upgrade a contract on the same cancelled account, you still go to as far as wiping all my data that I paid for,the whole 9G from my account without my permission, lastly ask a professional manager to call to handle my case. Thank you
