Hi all, Over the last few years since I have moved to Cell-C as a cell phone provider, one of the most consistent problems I have had with them is the crashing of sim cards. I have multiple sims with them, for each of my family members. I have taken out

Thank you for your reply.
The sims from Cell-C crash randomly for me, and thus far it has never followed any software update.
They crash from inside different devices so it can't be a device issue either.
As a matter of fact I just had a sim crash yesterday from a Samsung Galaxy S5.
I have to make my way into town to some store just to buy a new non-rica sim, and as a totally blind person I have to depend on sighted help to get there.
All this because Cell-C chooses to provide us with poor quality sims.
Let's understand I've had this happen too many times over the years which brings me to this conclusion. I am not simply being unreasonable.
Thank you.

27 Sept 2021, 01:14Just so everybody knows, the Cell-C agent wrote me a private reply not needing to ask for any sensitive info. I was informed this may be due to a software update. Doesn't make sense to me that a software update can crash a sim card, a piece of physical hardware, and neither did this happen to me when doing a software update either. Problem is Cell-C refuses to take ownership of this. They also took back my credit on the crashed sim and refused to replenish it when I reactivated the sim after they permanently deactivated it.
