I signed a debit order which I was under impression would be for 2 years for a phone on a contract in my ex-girlfriend's name. The phone has long been repaid, I haven't even used the phone in three years and still the debit order goes through every month. There is no way that Cell C wants to stop the debit order, they keep on *****ing my money. I now have to go to a lawyer to get this resolve. Don't EVER sign a debit order form if you are not the contracting party and steer clear from Cell C.
