Truly, our intention to come to Hello Peter, isn't to degrade the company's name but rather intervention when we are dissatisfied and an opportunity for the company to do rectify what was wrongly done. I have posted here about the phone contract that was incorrectly initiated. Cell C contacted me and the issue was resolved smoothly and the agent were kind and took me through every step. I must say I am very happy for the desired outcome
