Help Please
Good Day Cell C,
It's me again
Long story short
Loaded a bundle thinking my HCF will carry over
My fault, I did not do it 5 days prior to expiry and did it 3 days prior, however, who actually does this as everyone is so busy (and by time, mankind is in loss)
Now I lost 21GB
Sent everything as usual to Cell C Customer Service and got blown off (did not respond after 3 days - hhhmm does this even infuriate me anymore - nope, I shan't be infuriated)
CC agent advised my fault, however, they themselves had to clarify on how to do the Data Roll Over (begs the question, if they don't know, how am I supposed to take a chance and roll over data)
CC agent also advised that the carry over rules changed in Oct '21, I joined the HCF in Jan some time (politely advised the CC agent)
Please get the most competent young gentleman, Christopher, to call me
He assisted me the last time
You can pull his details from your system
Christopher, I repeat Christopher
Thanks And Regards
Zahir
Much appreciated
Question I have is why did your agents not know this?
Are they not trained enough on your product suite?
I don't need the 21GB as will be porting to VC in due course, however, to ensure longevity of your current database contributing to your revenue and management stating they want a healthy revenue generating database, Cell C should ask themselves as Bill Gates does
Who has dealt with this problem, how did they resolve it, and what can we learn to do it better?
This might end up in File 13, however, as in life, "they see it as distant, but we see it as near"
Thank you MP for your time and quick response to my little venting scene
