help me setup my access point

I called your help line 3 times. once it was busy and twice the call cut automatically.<br> ***<br> I want to use whatsapp but I can't send or receive any messages ...<br> I have loaded more airtime (even though whatsapp should be free as long as there's any positive balance)<br> please help me setup my phone to use whatsapp<br> It's a Nokia Asha 306 phone.<br> My access point is set to cellc so i don't know why its not working.<br> Help!
