Help!!

I have now asked for someone in legal to call me via email for the last 60 days and yet no one has called me back. When I call the Switchboard they put me through a system and call centre agent picks up that cannot assist me. I'm under debt review and have been emailing *** just for a call back and just to answer my questions I have as Cell C is the only debt that's outstanding on my Debt review and I'm just not getting any joy.

Please can someone just pick up the Cell C landline and call me and I can settle my account and move on. Struggling since June 2020 to get feedback
