HELP!!!

Three weeks ago Cell C send me a SMS to say I can upgrade my current contract. I then phoned them and it has been 3 weeks of hell!! It seems that nobody in that company can or wants to help me do an upgrade. I just want to upgrade to an infinity package (SIM Only @ R999 pm), but cannot do this without taking a phone. My current top-up just does not work anymore. Then I can have to talk too this guy and that guy and then I have to phone 140 the 143. They have absolutely no idea. I can upgrade a Vodacom contract on mine now via Autopage. If Cell C cannot complete this upgrade this week, I'll wait out the contract and cancel it in October. I will pay the extra R500 per month to Vodacom. At least I'll get the service from them.
