Hellopeter complaint unresolved after a week
My Hellopeter complaint from last week has still not been resolved.
Proof of payment sent almost 4 times last week.
Thabisile Ngcobo tells me today she only just found it and will be sending it to the finance department.
What utter BS!!!
Ensure my refund done immediately

The delay was with the proof of payment but Thabisile was able to locate it and has forwarded your proof of payment to our Finance Department to prepare the funds and will revert back with feedback.
