Hellopeter assisted with deplorable service from Cell C.

I wrote to Hellopeter on 22 Sept. 2021 about the deplorable service my wife received from Cell C. Well, Thabisile Ngcobo contacted me this morning. She apologized o.b.o. Cell C, and advised that the R6.05 (postage delivery) was reversed on the account. She also gave me an email address for future assistance. I just want to thank Hellopeter for assisting me in getting a response from Cell C, as well as resolving the problem my wife encountered. Surely I will work through Hellopeter again if I experience poor service.
