Hell from Cell C Fibre. Poor service at its best.
Poor service from cell c fibre
I have been requesting for a month to move my fibre to a new address but it's been a nightmare to put it lightly.
The level of service is appalling. I would not even recommend cell c to my enemies. I spend over a thousand rand with phone calls everyday and they don't even bother to say hey let's try to help you.

Why can't you just admit that you are failing to provide service to your customers?? This is why you are failing as a network. Bad service. People never forget how you make them feel.
