HELL C NIGHTMARE

I took a data contract with Hell C in 2019 and lost my job in 2020 due to Covid . I informed them of this and I was still required to pay . Understandably so as it is a business after all . I then got a job later 2020 and settled my account after I was handed over . I got a paid up letter from the attorneys and sent it to Cellc for them to update on their side . It is now 2022 . 2 YEARS LATER and it still shows as in arrears on my credit record . My life has come to a standstill because of this pathetic service. I escalated the matter again on the 11 August and got a case number - appearently takes 7 days to get feedback . I followed up 4 times and it gets "Flagged" for investigation . It now OCTOBER and it is still under investigation . What is there to investigate ?! I have been nice ,calm and understanding throughout this whole process . But 2 YEARS !? No sense of urgency what so ever
