HELL C indeed,I am disappointed

I raised a complain about my phone Incident: *** and was advised someone will within 24-48 hours. This time has elapsed no call just a lousy sms that 1 will call shortly. I need my phone replaced immediately, I CANNOT WAIT FOR 6WEEKS AGAIN....<br> <br> If i was a troublesome client who skips payments i would understand, this a serious insult.<br> <br> I see my email is ignored and i am not taken seriously, you cannot say you fixed a phone then within a day is not, what the f**k was done on the phone if it was so booked in???<br> <br> I need someone to call me urgently and advised my phone is fixed, I CANNOT AND WILL NOT PAY FOR A PHONE THAT IS NOT WORKING AND THAT I DO NOT HAVE!!!<br> <br> RATHER PROVIDE ME WITH A NEW PHONE IF YOU FAILING TO DO YOUR JOB.
