Held the line for 40 Mins

I called 140 to arrange for my faulty phone to be collected and repaired.<br> Held the line for 12 minutes before i got to repairs.<br> Repairs had no idea what i was talking about or could not even fathom what I required<br> Then held to while i was transferred to Deliveries,<br> Deliveries was even more stupid and less than unhelpful and transferred me to accounts somehow.<br> 40 mins later i was told to call tomorrow because it 5pm now and we are going home.<br> 40 Minutes<br> 40 Minutes and then being told sorry we would like to go home now. <br> my contract expires in 3 months and if CELL C expects me to renew i suspect you have a lot of grovelling to do.<br> Please call me to fix up your problems
