Head office

I upgraded my phone on 18 January 2018 with no problems. I asked if i can upgrade my tablet number to a better contract where you can get a laptop with data. Head office rep**** and said unfortunately i cant because i don't spend enough money on that contact. That is so pathetic, so now they are punishing me because my bill for that contract is not sky high and they are making people cancelling their contracts with them. I wanted a contract that is more expensive and where they can get more money out of me!
