Havto fight every step for what im paying for

I needed a cell phone urgently, i inquired about the M4 aqua. Cell c called me and said they do not have stock of it but can offer me the M2 as it is the same thing just a different size(?). i agreed to it anyways on the top up 150 with an extra router which comes with afew gigs data for R99 all in one package and made sure everything was top up because i will NEVER buy open line.<br> <br> i took out the contract on the 5th of September, the router arrived on the 7th and the cell phone was to arrive on the 8th/9th. Then my cell phone just doesnt arrive, i called and emailed SEVERAL times with no response. <br> <br> Some were telling me that there was no order for my phone and others told me i took delivery of my phone already. i hadto beg, plead, scream and shout for any answers. i got promised i would get called back and never did. After throwing my toys out the cot i FINALLY received the phone on the 18th. Not that it helped because my router (which i bought on top up and is meant to come with a total of 5 gigs) now owes R2000 out of nowhere without my knowledge and the 1 gig i was meant to get with the phone i didnt get.<br> <br> ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!!! THIS IS WHAT CPA LAWS ARE OUT IN PLACE FOR!
