Have to beg for a refund

For the past 3 months now I have been begging for a refund with no joy from Cell C. My emails are read but ignored and no one bothers to communicate with me unless I ask for an update. They asked me to log a new call cause their systems weren't working but now I have to run after them to get my money back. Even the managers don't bother calling you back. Truly pathetic service.

Zinhle Mkwa**** and Xabiso Ndumndum was the people I originally dealt with and to date I have not heard back from either of them.
