HAVE ALL YOUR DUCKS IN A ROW!!!
I took an hp laptop contract in March 2020,A Mecer was delivered to me,the agent didn't even give me the cheaper option.The Mercer came with no charger and it was later delivered.I have not even once been debited or received data to date only to find out the agent captured incorrect banking details,I'm not banking with FNB but Capitec. My credit profile states I'm in arrears with Cell C and that's infuriating me because i sent all the correct details .I'm not even willing to pay the pro-rata. I have spoken to managers,agents and no one is getting back to me.Who ever calls me better have their ducks in a row and sort this mess out.
