Hauwei P8

I went to Cell C Woodmead on Sat for my upgrade, I asked for specs on phones as I use my phone for business as well. I decided on the Hauwei P8 as I was told the battery life was good and it has a front flash for selfies. The phone's battery is not as good as I was told ,and no flash, I phoned Cell C this morning and was told as I did the upgrade on Sat I can go to the store and swap for another phone, the store refused and sent me to the Woodmead Head Office, they were very helpful but also told me even if they test the phone and the battery is faulty, which I believe it is not I can not get another make or other phone with a more powerful battery, they wanted to test the phone by charging it overnight and check the next day, which I have done twice! I will also be without a phone as I had to do a sim swop from Nano to Micro when I got this phone. I have been with Cell C since they opened, I think this is terrible service as I have got 4 contracts and took it back within 2 days of getting the phone. I am now going to sit with a phone for 2 years that is useless and be paying 650 per month! Thanks Cell C for the good service, I am basically *****ed for 2 years!
