HAUWEI & CELL C

i bought phone cash at one of Cell C Stores,Carswald Midrand

so after a day of using the phone i took back as i was advised ,i should be able to get apps i uses regardless of hauwei's not having google play store,all of the apps i use for work not working on the hauwei,

i took the phone back,i was advised it must be booked for repairs even though the phone was not damaged ,so now am told the phone is back at store and i cant get refund and i was not even worried about the refund all i wanted was new phone deferent brand were i wont have to struggle to get apps

kindly assist with this issue Cell C ,the store and call center not assisting at all

all i want is a new phone other band or my refund if cant get what i want
