HATE CELL C!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST INSURENCE FOR YOUR PHONE..

I have phone insurance with Cell C, booked my phone in on the 5 December 2021,for a cracked screen today is the 19 January 2022. I just phoned to follow up and they told me the phone still haven't been send for repairs (after I paid my excess two days ago), and it will take 7 - 14 working days for the repairs. Initially they told me that this process will take more or less 21 working days. They have my phone for 31 working days now and still haven't done anything. Considering this 31 days and the 14 day (because no way are they only taking 7 days with the repairs if it took them this long already to do nothing) they will have my phone for 45 WORKING DAYS, this is more than two months. So when I asked to speak to a manager, they are conveniently all in a meeting. Try to go two months without a phone - reallllly frustrating.
