Hate Cell C

I have a very old damaged Cell C sim card and wanted to do a sim swap. Being at a high risk pensioner I went to a Cell C shop to buy a R3.50 sim card. I stood in the queue for roughly 15 minutes. Late this afternoon I called Cell C on 135 answered all the security questions and was told that I had an incorrect answer. I called again and got all the questions correct and was asked for my new Sim RICA number. I waisted for a few minutes and was told that their computer had froze and that I should call again. When I called and spoke to someone else I was told that the RICA sim card has been used already and need to get another SIM card. Tomorrow I will have to leave my house and go to Cell C to get another sim card. I hate Cell C and for the way they treat their customers. Their customer service is so unprofessional and their CEO is the worst. He is to proud and arrogant to answer emails addressed to him.
