Has my brand new s6endge for months

I had taken out a contract with cellc for the S6 edge. I wanted to do a reversal on the contract and get the Edge plus. I had two brand new S6 Edge with me one was from cellc for my contract and the other was my own. I had returned the wrong phone to cellc so i couldnt do the reversal upgrade, when i asked when i would get my other phone from them they said they will call me back. Its almost 3 months and they still have my phone with them in the warehouse and refuse to say when they will give it back to me
