Has Cell C lost it's mind taking all my money

Thank you Cell C for spoiling my day and raising my stress levels to a unhealthy point. I woke up this morning to find you have deducted R3044.35 from my account when you should have deducted around R550. You have left me with no money to cover my other policies no money to put petrol in my car to get to work and just writing this is wasting my time. I am single mum and would like to no which grade 1 accountant is responsible for this mistake is it fun to play with peoples money and time and life's. Are you going to pay my medical bill when I have a heart attack from the stress you are causing me or rectify my credit standing because now my other policies can't be paid. It is even pointless calling one of your *********** staff members who will pass me around from pillar to post. I AM SO DISGUSTED RIGHT NOW WITH THIS ERROR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE PLEASE PAY MY MONEY BACK NOW.
