Harrassment

I have now been harassed by Cell C for over 2 years for R100 that is supposedly outstanding on my previous contract. I have on numerous occasions provided the proof of payment to Cell C and their accounts departments as well as to the numerous debt collectors that they then gave my details to. I have had store managers look into the matter and agree that there is nothing outstanding. Each time I spoke to someone at Cell C, including senior accounts managers, I was reassured that the matter had been rectified on their system. Get debt collectors continue to contact me.
